- In case of defective product received please contact at Natasha Care +919625777580 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of the product. The product should not be used in any condition and returned with all inclusions, all accessories and should be in original packaging, invoice and serial number. The products shall be validated by the Natasha Care Team for return authorization and processing the defective settlements. The return courier charges shall be on account of the buyer.
- In case of refund, the payment shall be refunded back through the same channel as it was received while order was confirmed, however subject to validation.
- No returns shall be processed for orders against consumer promotions offers during festive periods and New Year or Christmas celebrations, as these offers are specially designed and implemented for this period.
- The returns may be restricted for certain products due to the category and nature of the product.
