Shipping Policy

  1. For domestic buyers orders are shipped through reputed courier companies / postal authorities, orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and shall be delivering the consignment subject to the courier companies / postal authorities.
  2. We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies, once the order is shipped, Airway Bill Number is generated and sent through the email for tracking the consignment. Though utmost care is rendered while shipping the orders, however in case the shipment is received in damaged conditions, then please do not accept the same or mention on the POD and get in touch with the Natasha Care +919625777580 or email at care@natashalife.com within  24 hours of the receipt of the consignment.
  3. In case you are not present on the first attempt to receive the orders, the courier company shall try second attempt to deliver the consignment, after second attempt the consignment shall be returned to the warehouse, it is advised to please receive the calls of the courier company for delivery of the consignment.
  4. Part delivery of the order may be done due to product characteristic or product availability and may be shipped on different dates and locations.
  5. We deliver at most locations in India, however due to logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver at certain locations, and however we urge you to check the shipment servicing pin codes, while order processing.
  6. Though shipping is free however the minimum order value shall of Rs 2000/- and for certain locations, there shall be some additional shipping charge on account of certain logistical locations.
